**The position**
This position will be part of People & Organization Department. You will lead to design, develop, implement, and evaluate function-specific training programs independently (in this role requires travel for field visits with teams outside of Bangkok, covering upcountry regions). The main scope of accountabilities includes but is not limited to:

- Design and develop sales training programmes; Create comprehensive sales training programmes tailored to the needs of the sales team. Develop instructional materials and resources to support sales training objectives.
- Implement and deliver sales training sessions; Conduct sales training sessions for employees, ensuring the content is engaging and informative. Utilise various training methods and technologies to enhance the learning experience for sales staff.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of sales training; Assess the impact of sales training programmes through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. Identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to sales training content and delivery.
- Induction/onboarding and be a centre of expertise for sales-specific training; Organise, coordinate and deliver induction sessions, align onboarding programs with guidelines, and prepare materials and evaluations. Provide expert advice on sales-specific training matters.
- Manage sales training materials and schedules; Organise and maintain sales training materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible. Coordinate sales training schedules to ensure timely delivery and mínimal disruption to business operations.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years’ work experience in designing, developing, and implementing function-specific training programs, preferrable in pharmaceutical, healthcare industry.
- Thai native speaking is required with good English communication in both written and spoken.
