**Alister Partner** is looking for an experienced independent Business Development Executive/Manager with passion and drive in Sales & Marketing to join our pioneer team that operates on honesty, equality, trust and sharing environment.

**Alister Partner** is a boutique Business Consulting and Management Services company providing Consults and various management services in business functions; HR, recruitment, training & development, online management, inventory, smart solutions and others for business owners and organisations in Thailand. We work with the ideas of what and how we would like to be as professional business partner. So here we practice, work and serve clients by upholding the most integrity and confidentiality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Acquiring new business opportunities for Consulting and Management services and keeping good relationships with the existing clients.
- Coordinating with clients, internal teams and/or partners for smooth operations until the completion of the projects
- Providing guidance and/or advices to clients, team members and/or partners in related business matters.
- Filing and maintaining the data and information related.
- Preparing and submitting reports on a timely basis
- Researching, analysing and keeping up to date with the trends and markets

**Requirements**:

- At least Bachelor degree in any field
- Passions in business development for services, innovation and technology
- Self-initiator, self-driven to accomplish the target
- High commitment, integrity and confidentiality mindset and skills
- Proven success sales/projects records
- Experiences in e-commerce, consulting, technology, HR, recruitment, hospitality and business management are advantages but not essential.
