**หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ**:

- **Work closely with TM Managers / Assistant managers / supervisors to design and implement new training courses/program or learning solutions to meet TM business requirements.**:

- **Deliver Induction training course for new recruited TMRs in a proper and professional manner and conduct role play with TMRs to ensure that they have sufficient knowledge and skill.**:

- **Be able to address strengths and development areas of TMRs and recommend to Multi-Distribution Training Manager / TM Head / TM managers / Business partners and be able to initiate the follow up program for TMRs to ensure that TMRs‘ productivity are on track, as well as develop refreshment training for TMRs who are in needs.**:

- **Assume the role of Service manager to take care of assigned portfolios to inform and update them about training and development progress / training and development activities for their team as well as obtain their feedback for improvement.**:

- **Work as Project Manager of TM - Leadership development journey for supervisors and assistant Mangers to strengthen their functional knowledge / technical capability & leadership capabilities.**:

- **Evaluate training effectiveness of the courses/program conducted and identify areas for improvement to ensure maximum effectiveness in meeting course/ program objectives or arising TM business needs.**:

- **Responsible for creating various communication channels, such as, magazine, social media, audio media, face to face channel, to communicate news/ activities / knowledge to engage TMRs with the company.**:

- **Responsible for Training administration tasks, such as, prepare and sending training report to HR& Sales Team, department of skill development.**

**Versatile in MS Office program with emphasis on Power Point and Excel**
**Yearn to know, fast learning and proactive person**
**Positive thinking and good interpersonal skills***:
