Job Summary:
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Acquiring a new partner for our company.
- Plan and deliver on Partner recruitment related projects.
- Manage the team to interviewing and searching for new partners to help with home services.
- Effectively manage acquiring partner strategies.
- Perform team reviews and encourage teamwork among staff.
- Resolve customer problems and complaints.
- Compile and execute the Monthly Acquiring Plan.
- Interface with strategic partners directly, speak to their service operations, offer insights and analysis, source feedback, and manage expectations effectively.
- Develop and maintain executive reports, dashboards, and resources that track key metrics for our partners and enable us to scale our efforts and team’s reach.
- Create content and organize activities for partners to participate in the community
- Prepare weekly report and to report problems that occur in work

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Have skills in the field of Acquiring, and training 2-3 years.
- Experience acquiring and training individuals.
- Good management skills.
- Good communication, organizational and negotiation skills.
- Male or Female, 26-35 years old, Thai Nationality only.
- Good at speaking English.
- Good personality, work well under pressure and strong communication skills.
- Strong in-service mind background, multitasking skill and good attitude.

Pay: From ฿35,000.00 per month
