At ACinfotec, you will access to vast array of knowledge and the opportunities to work in challenging and inspiring projects of high-end customers.- ACinfotec Training Center (ACTC) is a division of ACinfotec which organizes and delivers IT training courses and examinations for individuals and enterprises. Our courses cover both in-house contents and certified courses from leading organizations such as EC-Council, PECB, IRCA and many more.- Be part of the Training Sales & Administration Team to deliver the company’s IT training services/products to key organizations in Thailand. The Training Executive will plan, sell and administer training courses to help training participants acquire and develop their desired knowledge, skill and qualification.**Responsibilities include**:
- Liaise with participants and related persons on course details, enrollment, attendance
- Provide instructions and respond to inquiries regarding training matters
- Administers training documentation: maintain file, record training information and training registration, collect training evaluation form
- Sell and promote training courses
- Organize seminar, workshop, and training
- Coordinate and prepare training venue, breaks, materials and related matters to ensure that each training course is conducted according to plans
- Establish and maintain relationships with partners, instructors and vendors
- Supervise training examination sessions
- Manage training budget and summarize training revenue & expense
- Resolve any specific problems and tailor training courses as necessary
- Assist in marketing, sales and public relations tasks
- Assist in Back-Office administration tasks such as receive customer calls, coordinating with related parties
- คุณสมบัติ
**Qualifications**:
- Female, age between 22-28 years
- Thai Nationality
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, education, human resources or related fields
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Mature and systematical thinking with responsible attitude and organization skills
- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
- Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training materials
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English
- Good computer literacy
- At least 2 years of experience in Training business is preferable
- Knowledge of IT certification & training course is preferable
