**Responsibilities**:

- Spearhead business development initiatives that is consistent with the company’s overall strategy;
- Administrative and financial management of the company;
- Leads and manage multiple client relationships, serving as the primary and high level contact to articulate our company view on strategy and business philosophies;
- Sells in new project ideas to client that aligns with their business, customer and brand goals;
- Sales forecast report and preparation of annual budgets;
- Impact the profitability of the company through ensuring strategic and tactical management decision and new business development results;
- Be the driving force in the development of the work ethic, culture and values of the sales and business development group. Through personal example, establish the style and approach which will characterize the company’s dealings with marketplace.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong operational experience: 8+ years of work experience as a senior management role or similar capacities for business development;
- Solid working knowledge of budgeting, sales, business development, and strategic planning;
- Solid knowledge of solar market, government policies, and solar project development cycle, project permitting process;
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Skills should include organizational development, personnel management, budget and resource development, and strategic planning; demonstrated success developing and monitoring systems to manage both operational and programmatic work that involve high levels of collaboration;
- Excellent interpersonal, communications, public speaking, and presentation skills;
- Minimum of a BA, ideally with an MBA degree;
- Role could be home-based
