**Position Title: Country Sales Manager (Thailand)**

**Reporting to: APAC Marketing Director**

**Compensation Package: Negotiable**

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Responsible for market education, customer development, and maintenance of**

**the company’s medical device products in the local market.**

**2. Assist the registration team in completing product registration and market entry**

**3. Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the**

**assigned country or region.**

**4. Develop and manage distributors within the assigned country or region.**

**5. Plan, organize, and execute marketing activities in the designated region.**

**Job Requirements**

**with a hospital background and PCI interventional nursing experience are**

**preferred.**

**2. At least 3 years of sales experience in the cardiovascular (coronary**

**intervention/PCI) field, specifically with high-value consumables, and experience**

**supporting surgeries is required.**

**3. Strong customer development skills; familiarity with the hospital admission**

**products into hospitals are a plus.**

**4. Familiar with leading hospitals’ cardiology departments in the local market, with**

**established relationships with PCI KOLs and experience in customer**

**development and maintenance.**

**5. Proven ability in distributor development and management, with some**

**experience in pricing management.**

**6. Familiarity with local medical device sales regulations, logistics, supply chain, and**

**customs requirements is preferred.**

**7. Proficiency in the local language and English is required.**
