- OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
- Develop & execute the Sales Strategy to achieve set Budgets & Targets
- Build & lead an industry leading Sales Organization to achieve economies of scale
- Develop sustainable strategies for the business and salespeople
- Responsible & accountable for the sales organizations’ overall performance
- Drive Volume growth and Maximize profitability by reviewing/linking sales source, market trends, cost allocation & company’s capabilities
- Represent Toll in line with our values and ethics (e.g. Safety, Integrity and Trust, Continuous Improvement)
- PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop & execute country sales plan in line with country budget
- Ensure that Sales KPIs are met or exceeded at any time
- Lead, mentor & develop the Sales Team
- Set local sales objectives & priorities to meet clients’ needs & achieve company’s growth target
- Act as primary Sales contact for regional sales organization & key network partners
- Actively engage with Product Managers to create initiative plans / products to achieve Sales targets
- Undertake high level business activities to maximize corporate exposure and increase brand awareness
- React to changes in business & market environment by redesigning sales plan / process / priority
- Identify underperforming segments and recommend solutions for improving performance / quality
- Provide recommendations and ensure quality and submission of sales reports for management review
- Monitor services level and ensure customers satisfaction
- Build key contact and relationships within Toll Network. Ensure the business works together to align with One Toll strategy
- Implement, coordinate & follow up Group & Divisional Client Centricity initiatives
- Actively participate & lead business opportunities of strategic importance
- Own the country sales process and ensure data quality is constantly above 95% on our Global CRM platform.- Qualifications:
Male or Female, age 40-45years
- University graduate in any fields
- Proven work experienced in this position for min 5-10years
- Experience managing a high performance sales team
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Problem solving and excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to understand and analyze sales performance
