Channel Sales Manager

**Responsibilities**
- Under general direction, responsible for the indirect sales of Johnson Controls to promote Controls products (BAS, PICV, Buterfly Valves) with a focus on sales opportunities with distributors to achieve indirect business growth
- Focuses on assigned area(s) of Indirect business
- Builds and maintains long-term Distributors relationships and ensures customer/distributors satisfaction
- Seeks out, qualifies and closes new sales opportunities, with a specific focus on inbusiness growth
- Builds and applies knowledge of competitor’s business strategies, products and services to favorably differentiate Johnson Controls from them, driving for JCI to be the preferred supplier
- Address customer objective / needs and requirements, recommend solution and link customer objectives to the company's solution and competitive advantage
- Keep manager informed for the change in marketplace, applies knowledge of competitors' service and business to favorable differentiate our service from them
**Requirement**
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or any experiences related field
- 5 years’ experience in indirect sales & Service Business (Controls products)
- Good interpersonal skill and good connection with people for both internal and external
- Good communication & negotiation skills
- Good command of written & spoken English
