Position Objective: Responsible for the channel expansion and management of the company's products or services, achieving sales targets and increasing market share through effective channel strategies and partnership management.
Main Responsibilities:

1. Channel Strategy Formulation: Develop and implement channel expansion strategies and plans based on company business objectives and market trends.
2. Market Analysis: Regularly analyze market dynamics, competitors' conditions, and partners' business development, and propose corresponding strategy adjustments.
3. Channel Expansion: Identify potential channel partners, conduct business negotiations, and establish cooperation.
4. Channel Management: Effectively manage existing partners, including contract negotiations, performance evaluations, relationship maintenance, and incentive policy formulation.
5. Sales Support: Provide sales support to partners, including product training, marketing materials, and sales strategies.
6. Marketing Activities: Coordinate and participate in marketing activities and exhibitions to enhance brand influence and attract potential partners.
7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product, and technology to ensure the effective execution of channel strategies.
8. Performance Goals: Achieve established sales and channel expansion targets.
9. Reporting and Analysis: Regularly provide reports on channel sales and market analysis to superiors, and adjust strategies timely to respond to market changes.

Required work
experience
1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in marketing, business management, or related fields.
2. Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience in channel sales or business development, preferably with a background in the beauty industry
3. Skills Required: Good market analysis skills, business negotiation skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and teamwork abilities.
4. Others: Possess good planning and problem-solving abilities, and able to work under pressure.
