**Responsibilities**:

- To manage overall profitability including revenue, fee, marketing expenses, credit cost etc. of unsecured loan portfolio to achieve business’ target
- To study/research market and consumer behavior in order to consistently develop/adapt secured product according to latest market trend and to serve customer’s needs, given boundary of current product program
- To develop/evaluate marketing strategy for unsecured loan target market and participate in bank’s marketing event i.e. Money Expo etc.
- To manage/launch marketing campaign/loyalty program and closely monitor all sales channels to ensure sustainable growth of new business volume as per expected business’ target
- To review/update current product program and/or sales manual to be used as product guideline for related parties i.e. Retail Credit or all sales channels i.e. Direct sales, Branch sales etc.
- To regularly review E2E processes related to unsecured loan product to ensure operational excellence, faster service and/or in compliance with bank’s policies, local law and regulations
- To deliver professional training/coaching to sales team on new/existing unsecured product knowledge and/or marketing campaigns as required
- To create new campaign code containing promotional interest rate and other details into front end system so called RRCS
- To oversee and/or prioritize related system change request (CR) based on cost/benefit analysis (budget vs. potential revenue)
- To co-ordinate with related internal i.e. sales team, retail credit, operations, valuations etc. and/or external parties i.e. system vendors etc. to ensure smooth product implementation
- To keep abreast of changing rules and regulations and to maintain regulatory compliance/local control and monitoring

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor degree or higher from related fields
- At least 5 years of experiences in unsecured loan product i.e. personal loan, revolving loan, credit card etc. or related banking business
- At least 3 years being in management role
- Stong in analytical and/or negotiational skill
- Excellent in people management and leadership skill
- Competent in project management as well as process improvement
- Good product knowledge in reail banking as well as related regulations and market practice
