Assist with annual budget planning and monthly budget monitoring
- Gather papers and presentation decks from Operations each unit/team, and check for completeness before submitting them to the Management Committee [MC] and Board of Directors [BOD] meetings
- Consolidate information to support CSR, HR Learning, Leave Tracking, Hybrid work and manage E-Magazine
- Arrange for airline booking, transportation, data roaming, and hotel booking for all staff of Operations Management TH Group when traveling abroad for business meetings or training
- Arrangement for transportation, Internet access, and hotel booking for staff of Group Operations visitors
- Arrange/coordinate the meetings for the Infrastructure Division Head, including Regional Meetings in Thailand (set up meeting time and venue)
- Maintain (manage and file) all documents of the Operations Group related to regulators
- Control and keep stock of the stationery of the division
- Perform the general secretary’s role
- Perform other assignment as requested and complete any assignments from Operations Management
