Senior Sales Manager

Our client is a leading OEM cosmetic and skin care business. They provide the customize product and service to the well-known FMCG, Retail and all related company. Now they are expanding team and looking for Senior Sales Manager who leading the business development strategy and drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships

**Experience requirements**:

- Proven track record and outstanding performance in Sales, Business Development with Cosmetic, Skin Care product
- Relationship management, verbal & written communications/presentation skills
- Experience managing large account portfolios.
- Highly organized and solution-oriented
- Fluency in written & spoken local language and English is a must.
