We are working with a leading Financial Technology company for a **Senior Sales Manager **position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team. As the Senior Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business and expanding our market share in Hong Kong and targeted markets. You will lead a sales team, establish strong relationships with banks, merchants, and business partners, and provide exceptional account management services to key clients. Additionally, you will identify new sales and product opportunities, develop key account leads, and implement strategic business plans to ensure our company's strong presence in the market.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase market shares in Hong Kong and targeted markets.
- Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring high standards of professionalism and compliance excellence to achieve company goals.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with banks, merchants, and business partners.
- Proactively deliver quality account management services to existing key account clients.
- Identify new sales and product opportunities and develop leads for potential key accounts.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand our customer base and establish a strong market presence.
- Set objectives, provide coaching, and monitor the performance of sales team members.
- Build and nurture long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue, and expense reports, along with realistic forecasts, to the management team.
- Stay informed about the competitive landscape and take appropriate actions to counter competition without compromising rates/prices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, IT, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant sales management and development experience in IT, eBusiness, or eMarketing.
- Experience in the banking, ePayment, or eBusiness industry is advantageous.
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure.
- Strong business acumen and an innovative mindset with a passion for success.
- Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility and a results-oriented approach.
- Self-motivated, hardworking, and able to work independently with a strong sales drive.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
