The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.
- Support management on business strategy and planning for overall categories
- Define, implement and execute strategy to improve overall categories performance on P&L, logistics & operation, seller’s management, monetization plan, and traffic generation
- Use strong interpersonal skills to represent the categories and coordinate with other departments to plan and execute cross functional initiatives
- Oversee all managed sellers initiatives and portfolio performance for RMs sellers
- Drive performance of team members within responsibility on dimensions including: commercial performance, seller relationship, social media engagement, internal tools and systems and special projects etc.
- Develop industry leading relationships with external key account contacts in order to ensure that the business receives constant leads on potential key sellers
- Oversee quality of deals and seller satisfaction with RMs and platform Hire, train and manage a team of Sales and RM to help grow and manage your portfolio of merchants.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent Chinese (HSK 5, 6), and excellent written and spoken English skills
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Business or related fields
- More than 5 years’ experience in Business Development would be an advantage
- People management skills and Have experience taking care of a team
- Logical thinking and strong problem solving skills
- Good team player, with an aptitude for sales and the ambition to constantly outperform your KPIs
- Good mentor, leading skills
- Be able to fit in with fast pace culture
- Experience in Ecommerce is a plus
