**Your challenge**:
The Assistant manager
- Seller Training is someone who has an ability to train, communicate, &engage of seller on the platform. The Seller Training role is responsible for training, communicating, engagement &development of communication channel & seller training materials to support seller knowledge and improve selling experience.
- Conducting, induction, training, assigning, scheduling trainings
- Being a key person for training, guiding, performing induction, arrangement of training for stakeholders and platform vendor
- Responsible for training program with business knowledge to build high standard training material and conduct of training live and virtual
- Keep up to date of training material by using job knowledge; sharing of reliable resource
- Enhancement of platform communication channel to improve level of engagement between platform and stakeholders especially platform vendor
- Hosting of workshop and seminar to enhance platform engagement

**Requirements**:

- Experienced in a similar role preferably in a B2B environment, ideally in food service and traditional retails or e-commerce
- Experience in training and developing people/coaching team
- Ability to influence and encourage people
- Experience Knowledge about industry trends and changing training needs
- Fresh graduate are welcome with strong matched of skills mentioned in individual skills
- Experience in digital in a high growth, fast paced environment (Plus)Experience in engagement/ communication work position (Plus)
- Strong in communication and presentation skills, Training Management, Meeting Management
- Strong in engagement skills Able to motivate and coach with othersBeing creative Ability to use Adobe Illustrator (Plus)
- Has an open-minded attitude, accept to changes and challenge acceptance
- Self development and seek for work development
