- Responsible for supervising and leading a team of Key Account Management
- Drive performance of all KAMs within responsibility on dimensions including: commercial performance, seller relationship, social media engagement, internal tools and systems and special projects etc.
- Managed approximately 10 sellers in order to ensure strong relationships with key seller of that category and to gather hands on experience of managing social seller

**Requirements**:
- Fluent Chinese (HSK 5, 6), and excellent written and spoken English skills
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Business or related fields
- 5 years’ experience in Business Development would be an advantage
- People management skills and Have experience taking care of a team
- Logical thinking and strong problem solving skills
- Good team player, with an aptitude for sales and the ambition to constantly outperform your KPIs
- Good mentor, leading skills
- Be able to fit in with fast pace culture
- Experience in Ecommerce is a plus
