The sales team lead is responsible for managing the end to end sales process for our SME financing business, from generating SME leads, preparing the sales memo, to post-approval.

**What you will do**:

- Manage and drive sales and revenue target for sales team
- Ensure streamlined sales operations process and work across functions to ensure excellent client experience
- Build high-quality lead channels and coach team to consistently convert leads into successful deals
- Drive and manage campaign to boost sales
- Become an expert in our financial products and their use cases
- Build strong relationships with borrowers & deliver a positive client experience
- Develop and execute the go to market strategy for our SME lending business

**Requirements**:
**What we are looking for**:

- Around 5 years experience in SME lending or B2B sales.
- Demonstrate sales team management and problem solving experience
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Strong performance track record of meeting individual and team sales targets
- Proactive attitude, able to build and manage key relationships
- Previous experience managing a team in fast pace small team environment
