A leading spa & beauty booking company, based in Bangkok, is seeking a Business Development Manager which is responsible for seeking new partners opportunities, managing and supporting their own team. The Business Development Manager will work closely with the Head of sales.
Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve the sales target and revenue growth.
Provide coaching, guidance, monitoring performance, and implementing sales strategies.
Negotiate with merchants to become partners with GoWabi.
Closing deals and negotiate on promotions with the store.
Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand.
Think critically when planning to assure project success.
Lead by example, demonstrating excellent sales skills and professionalism.

**Who you are**:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3 - 4 years' prior industry related in sales / business development experience.
Experience in managing a sales team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Online / eCommerce experience is a plus.
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
Focused and goal-oriented.
Good command in English and Thai.

**Sales Executive (2 Positions)Job Purpose**:
A leading spa & beauty booking company, based in Bangkok, is seeking a Business Development Executive which is responsible for seeking new partners opportunities. The Business Development Executive will report directly to the Business Development Manager.
Negotiate and seek for best deals from the partners to offer for GoWabi customers.
Monitor and increase shop sales to meet and exceed the set target.
Being the first mover to find new shops to get them to join GoWabi platform.
Provide information about the company products, promotions, campaigns to shop partners.
Key Account Executive ( 1 Position)
A leading spa & beauty booking company, based in Bangkok, is seeking a Key Account Executive Executive which is responsible for managing and growing relationships with strategic accounts, maximizing revenue, and driving partner satisfaction.
Monitor and increase shop revenue to meet and exceed the set target.
Maintain good relationships with shops.
Educating sellers on the department features, promotional campaign and market insights.
Negotiating deals with shops to promote on the platform.
Analysis shop issues, needs and find the solution.
Report to Head of Account Management.

**Who you are**:
Bachelor's Degree in any relevant fields.
At least 1 year of work experience in Sales or Account Management.
Fresh graduate is welcome.
Proven experience in revenue management focus is a huge plus.
Excellent skills in Sales, Account Management with strong interpersonal skill.
Work well under pressure and high problem solving skill.
Positive-thinking, confident, results-driven with strong negotiation skills, creative thinking and have commercial mindset.
Good command in English.
