We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will take full ownership of planning, executing, client communication, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to achieve exceptional growth and sales revenue for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Performance Marketing Team Lead, you will be accountable for four critical areas:

- ** Drive Measurable Growth**: Develop and execute strategic performance marketing plans that align with client goals, focusing on delivering tangible growth and increased sales revenue.
- **Lead High-Performing Teams**: Inspire, manage, and mentor a team of digital marketers, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- **Client Communication**: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear, proactive communication and alignment with clients' goal.
- **Optimize Campaign Performance**: Utilize data-driven insights to analyze performance, optimize campaigns across multiple digital channels, and maximize ROI.
