- Key Responsibilities
- Be in charge of approaching, negotiating, and concluding contracts with important partners using suitable proposals and relevant internal liaison to maximize service quality, company growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Create strategic business plans with partners, distributors, and intermediaries, and lead the implementation of growth and sales strategies.
- Effectively manage the pipeline of prospective consumers for new and renewed business.
- From new inquiries and the current portfolio, find and provide upsell and cross-selling opportunities.
- Create and uphold cooperative strategic partnerships.
- Ensure that agreement targets are achieved and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and relationships by coordinating, negotiating, and communicating with colleagues in the underwriting, marketing, and operation teams both within and outside.
- Perform a market analysis to position the company's Travel & Assistance business in line with market potentials and adjust business development strategies to changing environmental conditions.
- Create new initiatives for products and services in response to available opportunities.
- Across sales and product teams, incorporate sales strategies and create a roadmap for product development.

**Qualifications**
- At least 6 years of experience working in a sales or client-facing (B2B) position with a track record of successful sales activities.
- Experience in sales for insurance, insurtech, brokers, or FMCGs is a plus.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent English communication.
