- Head of Business Development - Contract LogisticsYOUR ROLEAs the Head of Business Development - Contract Logistics, you will be responsible for driving business growth and enhancing customer relationships in the dynamic markets of Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines. - Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to identify and secure new contract logistics opportunities.
- Actively engage with potential clients, conduct market research, and analyze industry trends to identify new business avenues.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide innovative solutions that contribute to their success.
- Market Expansion:
- Identify and evaluate potential markets for expansion within Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines.

- Contract Negotiation:
- Lead negotiations for new contracts, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for the organization.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts and agreements.
- Team Leadership:
- Build and lead a high-performing business development team, providing mentorship, coaching, and guidance.
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in business development within the contract logistics or supply chain industry.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations and market dynamics in Southeast Asia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
