Subordinate: 4 people
- Initiate and develop strategic business plans for partner acquisition and marketing to expand the user base or increase revenue.
- Identify business opportunities, and develop partnership models that benefits the business and partners
- Pitch business model to potential partners to close strategic deals.
- Execute partnership plan and keep all stakeholders on the same page and on track.
- Forge strong relationships with existing and potential partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful co-campaign/co-project with measurable results
- Monitor and ensure effective implementation of projects for partners and identify rooms for improvement.

- Male only, Age 29-35
- Bachelor Degree in any field
- At least 5 years of experience of Business Development, Partnership, or Seller Acquisition
- Knowledgeable in E-commerce or Business Development industry
- Able to travel up-country to visit partners
- Good Communication Skills
- Team Player with Can-do attitude
