**About the Company**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Channel Strategy Formulation: Develop and implement channel expansion strategies and plans based on company business objectives and market trends.
- Market Analysis: Regularly analyze market dynamics, competitors' conditions, and partners' business development, and propose corresponding strategy adjustments.
- Channel Expansion: Identify potential channel partners, conduct business negotiations, and establish cooperation.
- Channel Management: Effectively manage existing partners, including contract negotiations, performance evaluations, relationship maintenance, and incentive policy formulation.
- Sales Support: Provide sales support to partners, including product training, marketing materials, and sales strategies.
- Marketing Activities: Coordinate and participate in marketing activities and exhibitions to enhance brand influence and attract potential partners.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product, and technology to ensure the effective execution of channel strategies.
- Performance Goals: Achieve established sales and channel expansion targets.
- Reporting and Analysis: Regularly provide reports on channel sales and market analysis to superiors, and adjust strategies timely to respond to market changes.

**Experience requirements**:

- Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience in channel sales or business development, preferably with a background in the beauty industry.
- Skills Required: Good market analysis skills, business negotiation skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and teamwork abilities.
- Other: Possess good planning and problem-solving abilities, and able to work under pressure.

**Education requirements**:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in marketing, business management, or related fields.
