**What You'll Do**:
Channel Development Part
- Develop, Monitor and Optimize of the our partner's channel
- Work closely with internal team including Production team and Account Management team to coordinate with our partners
- Strategize to find solutions for ongoing tasks and prepare concise and easy-to-understand reports
- Optimize channel layout, branding, and messaging to enhance user experience and drive subscriptions or followers
- Monitor and adjust content performance based on analytics insights to maximize reach and engagement

Analysis (Develop/Report/Up-to-date) Part
- Able to summarize backend data across all platforms and develop data to achieve the highest quality
- Proficient in analysis tools on all platforms and stay up-to-date with market trends
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments

**Who You Are**:

- Around 1 year experience as channel development or related field
- Knowledge of data analysis on Social Media channel
- Ability to provide guidance and develop content for our partners
- Excellent in communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively
- Familiarity with digital content distribution platforms and trends
- Familiarity with Google Drive and Microsoft Offices
