**Responsibilities**:

- Strategic Sales and Distribution Management
- Lead and oversee initiatives related to managing the entire sales and distribution process for all products across the three Lines of Business (Travel, Assistance, and Health).
- Provide strong leadership to the Sales team to optimize revenue growth through the acquisition of new business.
- Support local sales leaders in delivering a consistent and ethical sales approach across all aspects of the sales function.
- Offer guidance and leadership during contract negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Disseminate industry, market, and customer intelligence throughout the organization to support well-informed commercial decisions.
- Identify potential opportunities to expand services for both existing and new clients, fostering collaborative networks for future growth prospects.
- Development and Monitoring of Sales Plans
- Drive local initiatives that align with the business growth strategy and objectives to maintain consistency in sales campaigns.
- Ensure the achievement of agreed-upon sales revenue, operating profit, and expense ratio targets.
- Analyze research on existing and potential clients and customers to enhance services in line with their needs and industry requirements.
- Stay informed about market and competitor intelligence through existing networks, keeping up with best practices in Sales and eCommerce to ensure competitiveness for Allianz Partners.
- Relationship Management
- Collaborate with the Executive team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients, understanding key issues affecting these relationships positively.
- Risk, Controls, and Compliance
- Establish effective risk and compliance controls and reporting mechanisms to ensure adherence to relevant legal requirements and Allianz Partners' global policies and functional rules.
- Promote a robust risk and compliance culture within the Sales team.
- Take responsibility for selecting and appointing third-party representatives, providing ongoing supervision, oversight, training, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Implement and maintain Allianz Partners Content Management and Monitoring Frameworks, including related policies, systems, and processes for all Lines of Business.
- Ensure compliance with Allianz Partners' obligations as a Financial Services Licensee and agent of a general insurer for all sales activities related to regulated financial products.

**Experience requirements**:

- Expertise in Sales Management and Leadership, with a track record of success.
- Extensive market experience in sectors like General Insurance, Financial Services, Health Insurance, or Assistance.
- Proven ability to lead and manage large and diverse teams of over 20 FTEs.
- Skilled in collaborating with multiple stakeholders within complex organizational structures, showcasing strong organizational influencing abilities.
- Demonstrated success in achieving significant sales revenue targets.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing sales-related strategies.
- Adept at analyzing intricate information to identify problems and devise appropriate solutions.
- Exhibits strategic thinking, driving commercial opportunities effectively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to relate to various individuals in different situations.
- Strong influencer with the capability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization and with external clients.
- Respects and values individual differences in the workplace.

**Education requirements**:

- Bachelor degree's in any related field.
