To expand our nationwide activities, we are looking for an experienced Head of Sales/ Head of Business Unit Smart Farming

Tasks

**Job descriptions**:
You will do meaningful and supportive work for farmers while working closely with leading seafood producers, shrimp farmers, and our HQ team in Thailand to

Lead a team of 5-8 salespeople working in a regional structure
- Develop an overall strategic plan for high-level reach to farmers nationwide
- Support the HQ team by providing market intelligence and customer needs for product development and marketing
- Ensure professional sales documentation and communication
- Lead educational workshops and sales events about the products and services offered

Foster solid relationships with a network of customers as well as sales and marketing teams
- Travel for in-person meetings with members of the sales team to address customer queries and demonstrate the efficiency of the product

**Requirements**:
**Required skill**:

- 5-7 years of experience with a background in the field of Sales in Thailand is required
- Native in the Thai language with strong English proficiency is required for both spoken and written communication
- Proven business development, sales, or marketing experience
- Strong logical, structural thinking, detail-oriented and persuasive
- A driving license is required as needed for sales trips and event purposes
- Experience in the field of shrimp farming industry and manifesting strong connections with shrimp farmer networks in Thailand is a plus
