**Job Summary**: The Head of After Sales Service in the automotive business will be responsible for overseeing and managing the post-sale service operations of the company's automotive products. This role requires a deep understanding of automotive technicalities, customer service, team leadership, and business strategy to ensure efficient and effective after-sales service delivery.**Responsibilities**:

- **Service Operations Management**:

- Develop and implement strategies for efficient after-sales service operations, including maintenance, repairs, and parts replacement.
- Ensure service centers are well-equipped and staffed to handle customer inquiries, appointments, and vehicle servicing.
- **Customer Satisfaction**:

- Establish and maintain high customer satisfaction levels by ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer issues and concerns.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements based on feedback trends.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Lead and manage a team of service managers, technicians, and support staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the service team.
- **Technical Expertise**:

- Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and industry trends to provide expert guidance on complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with engineering and research teams to communicate customer feedback for product improvement.
- **Parts and Inventory Management**:

- Supervise parts inventory to ensure availability for timely repairs and replacements.
- Implement efficient inventory management processes to control costs and reduce waste.
- **Financial Management**:

- Develop and manage the department's budget, ensuring financial goals are met while maintaining service quality.
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth through service offerings and extended warranties.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure service centers adhere to all industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
- **Reporting and Analytics**:

- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators, service metrics, and customer feedback for management review.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience 15 years in a senior management role within the automotive after-sales service sector.
- Strong technical understanding of automotive systems, mechanics, and repair processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in using relevant software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
