**If so, we invite you to join our team as the **Head of Assistance****
**Main responsibilities**:
Oversee all assistance cases, whether they originate from APRIL policies or from third-party clients.
Manage and continuously improve the entire process, starting from case notification to confirming the delivery of all medical and assistance services.
Collaborate with the Head of Operations to ensure a seamless interface between the operations team and the medical team, particularly for complex medical cases.
Work closely with the medical team on any relevant matters, especially those involving complex medical cases.
Take charge of sales management for the assistance business in Asia. This includes managing the existing client base, leading contract negotiations in partnership with the Head of Finance, responding to RFPs, and participating in annual conferences.
Manage, guide, support, train, and motivate a team of 20 based in Thailand and Vietnam.
Experience in the assistance and insurance industry.
A strong track record in managing operations and sales.
Genuine leadership skills.
Strong communication abilities.
A natural propensity for smooth collaboration.
Willingness to travel is required
