**Main Responsibilities**
- Lead, inspire, and coach a team of BD Managers to achieve their individual and team goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new partnerships and develop existing ones.
- Set clear and measurable KPIs for the team and regularly monitor progress.
- Analyze partner's data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Cultivate strong relationships with partners to maximize their potential.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Development Manager in Trading, Currency Derivates, or other related industries
- Excellent command of the **Thai **language and fluency in **English**:

- Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to lead, manage, and motivate a diverse team of Business Development professionals.
- Great communication and writing skills, as well as attention to detail
- Good customer service skills and confident phone conversation abilities.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel
- A good understanding of financial markets and preferably foreign exchange markets
- Strong negotiation and pitching skills, and great listening skills
- Problem-solving with a positive, can-do approach
