Head of Business Development

As the Head of Business Development & IB Partners, you will be developing and implementing strategies to acquire new partnerships & develop existing ones and more.
**Detailed Duties and Responsibilities**
- Analyzing partner’s data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Leading, inspiring, and coaching a team of BD Managers to achieve their individual and team goals.
- Using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments.
- Developing and implementing strategies to acquire new partnerships & develop existing ones.
- Cultivating strong relationships with partners to maximize their potential.
- Setting clear and measurable KPIs for the team and regularly monitoring progress.
**Targeted Qualifications**
- Fluency in **Thai** Language, **C1** level or Higher.
- Fluency in **English** Language, **C1** level or Higher.
- Strong abilities to work independently and as a remote team player.
- Residing in Bangkok and able to take on a job in Thailand legally.
- A good understanding of financial markets and preferably foreign exchange markets.
- Great communication and writing skills, as well as attention to detail.
- Min 5 years of experience as a Business Development Manager in Trading, Currency Derivates, or other similar/related industries.
- Strong negotiation and pitching skills, and great listening skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Problem-solving with a positive, can-do approach.
- Good customer service skills and confident phone conversation abilities.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel.
- Ability to lead, manage, and motivate a diverse team of Business Development professionals.
