B2b Channel Development Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct market visits to various retail establishments to keep abreast of the latest trends and players in the markets.
- Perform competitor analysis, closely monitor the market price situation and prepare ad-hoc reports as required.
- Achieve objectives and targets for the assigned accounts.
- Monitor performance and take timely corrective actions to address any deficiencies in sales.
- Handle marketing & distribution activities for all skincare products.
- Implement an account development strategy, pro-actively strengthen business relationships with assigned accounts, and deliver solutions offerings to potential customers.
- Develop customized solutions and identify & follow up on business development opportunities to ensure successful conversion of the opportunities into sales.
- Provide marketing activities and arrange trade shows, etc.
**Qualifications**:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a business to business environment and/or the Beauty industry.
- At least 3 years at Management level.
- A fast learner & a willingness to take on new tasks.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Thai.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, and a good team player.
