HR Administrator

**Job Summary**:
Provide support for the effective functioning of the key HR processes related to employee lifecycle, ensuring the provision of a legally compliant and digitally led service. To ensure that HR strategy is properly delivered. To follow a logical and systematic approach to issues, escalating matters where needed to your superiors, delivering with accuracy and in set timeframes.
**Responsibilities**:
- Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted
- Maintains people database by entering new and updated staff and account information with accurate people data, verifies data and manage staff confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Create and Controlling Staff files (Hard copy & soft file) and ensure employer records are up to date; compliant with record retention guidelines, and audit ready.
- Prepare reports on HR-related metrics like total number of hires, movements, resigns by department, in/ex stakeholders.
- Supporting HR priority projects with any administrative activity, including updating relevant reports and keeping track of relevant deadlines
- Respond to employees' queries about HR-related issues
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics and HR Management.
- Up to 1 years of relevant working experience in all areas of an HR transactional environment for a large and complex organization, with focus on electronic submission of necessary documentation to local authorities
- Ability to work in a high volume and demanding environment with proven capacity to prioritize and multitask.
- Demonstrate interpersonal and relationship skills including the capacity to successfully relate to all hierarchical levels which includes verbal and written communication.
- Ability to analyze and synthesize complex qualitative and quantitative data
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Advanced MS Office user with focus on Excel
