Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
Receive, sort, or distribute incoming and outgoing mails, deliveries, and documents.
Support other team members with membership administration issues including but not limited to make travel and accommodation arrangement for business trip of staffs and visitors.
Answer telephone call.
Assist prepare iPhone and computers for new joiners.
Monitor office supplies inventory, office expenditures and place orders.
Maintain a clean and organized office environment including but not limited to office maintenance, office cleaning by coordinate with building and suppliers.
Support to order additional supplies for events.
Arrange travel and accommodation for all DIOR employees' business trip.
Support any HR and administrative ad-hoc.
PROFILE.
Minimum 1 year experience as Receptionist and office coordinator, administration, customer service officer or in a similar role.
Bachelor's degree in any fields.
Computer literacy is a must.
Good command of Thai, Fluency in English.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Reliable with patience and professionalism.
