School HR Administrator

As a School HR administrator for the Hummingbird International Kindergarten in Bangkok, you will play an integral role in assisting HR processes in line with government regulations and company policies and procedures. The incumbent will be required to deliver on assigned HR tasks and projects to ensure HR operations are in order.
**Key responsibilities**
- Be a main point of contact for HR-related issues.
- Properly organise the filing system to store data and information of all staff members and in change of updating staff information in to the school's system.
- Prepare employee daily report and monthly report regarding staff attendance data (monitoring attendance, leave records, late arrivals etc.)
- Manage staff ID cards, insurance cards, registration and cancellation of staffs.
- Remain up-to-date about changes in rules and regulations of the immigration, Ministry of Labor, Ministry of Education as well as local Thai labour laws.
- Responsible for staff benefits.
- Tracking and reporting weekly, monthly and yearly staff evaluations.
- Assist in the hiring process, recruiting channels: agencies, job board advertisement, social media and/or internal references.
- Assist in finalising offer and contract.
- Responsible for maintaining all necessary information needed for both Thai and expatriate employees and their family members. This includes visas (all types), work permits and regular reports to the immigration such as the 90 days notification.
**Safeguarding**
- Takes seriously the responsibility to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and work together with others to ensure adequate arrangements within the school to help identify, assess, and support children who are suffering or in harm.
- Ensures the ongoing Health & Security for all Early Years stakeholders.
**Qualification and Experience**
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- The ability to work well with others.
- Ease and sensitivity in working in a multicultural environment.
- Good Command of Thai and English language
- A minimum of three years relevant work experience in a related field.
**Working hours**
Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week from 7.30 am to 4.30 pm, This is a permanent position.
