The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices. - Set up team to manage and plan for operation capacity to support new onboarded sellers
- Develop process flow between commercial and operations team to ensure smooth operations
- Manage daily transportation operations in an effective manner to meet or exceed established goals around production, service levels and quality metrics.
- Support team on Coordinating with the Operation teams for first-mile delivery
- Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer experience.
- Focus on continuous improvement of processes + controls, including customer complaint management, aiming for a consistent delivery against the customer promise.
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
- Enhance customer satisfaction is to utilize an efficient delivery service
- Ensure close cooperation with the Operational Customer service to optimize customer experience.
- Monitor operational day-to-day administrative task of each relevant team that handled by RM team
- Develop operation and communication plan both internally and externally to attract targeted users to use Shopee Express
- Cross department coordination with relevant departments under Shopee express to come up with group level collaborations and partnerships

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor or Master Degree in Business or related fields
- 3-5 years’ experience in Shopee Express or Last-mile Delivery would be an advantage
- 2+ years of team management for customer service/operations in relevant industry
- Very strong analytical skills and is an proactive initiator
- Logical thinking and strong problem solving skills
- Having teamwork skills, ability to build a team, communicate well, actively listen and be responsible and honest.
- People management skills and have experience taking care of a team is as advantageous
- Can-do attitude, Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Good team player
- Be able to fit in with fast pace culture
