At the LINE E-Commerce Team, we are aiming to create new, differentiated services that best solve our local user needs for social commerce while leveraging and working with global teams and technologies. We are only interested in working with pioneers who want to make a difference and enjoy the challenge of launching, scaling, and analyzing new services at a nationwide scale.
In this role, you will be supervising the team that is the prime interface for rising star sellers and managing the operations and development of seller growth. This position requires a team player with ability to work individually, excellent communication skills, a professional and positive attitude, outstanding organization skills, and ability to be public speakers on specific training duties if necessary. As this is a challenging role, you will be expected to be quick to change and adapt, and learn quickly according to the fast-moving market needs. We look to create new ideas for the market, so creativity and flexibility will be an important part of your skillset.
**Responsibilities**
- Overseeing and supervising a team of seller acquisition/incubation to drive high potential of incoming leads from various channels such as social media, e-marketplace platforms, or LINE Official Account to join campaigns/other collaborations and adjust plans according to
company’s directions to fulfill targets
- Hunt key-account-to-be sellers by educating them about LINE SHOPPING features and offering them a seller package for onboarding
- Monitor monthly targets and achievements and report them directly to manager
- Groom team members regarding negotiation/pitching strategies and help them develop ways to convince sellers to collaborate as well as educate and incubate the newly acquired sellers to ensure the potential growth to achieve target GMV within specified months
- Acquire seller insights and leverage these insights to build strong relationships with sellers
- Track and analyze seller MOM performance and propose execution ideas to help increase sales
- Take accountability and ownership to follow through to achieve targets and come up with plans to close gaps if any
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of work experience in e-commerce, trade marketing in FMCG, or related fields
- Direct experience in seller incubation role in e-commerce
- Experience with team supervision (experience managing a team of more than ten people is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills with proven analytical and structured thinking skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
