Sales Services Management-it Solutions

Responsibility:
- Responsible for helping clients (Intermediaries) understand how to use FundConnext systems and Digital Gateway (DOPA,AMLO,NDID,E-Stamp Duty, etc.)
- Coordinate with teams (Product owners, Technical) to diagnose the problems and help clients solve the problem or issues.
- Ability to manage client expectations, requirements and deliver results.
- Analyze clients’ needs for customization and provide consultancy services to clients on company’s solution.
- Conduct presentations, manual & product training, quotations and reports.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
Qualification:
- At least Bachelor‘s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Excellent coordination skill and able to work under pressure to meet the deadline with good attitude and team work.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm about support role and remain up-to-date with changes.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize to guarantee that all issues are allocated the required time to be handled in a professional manner.
- Willingness to take on new challenges and initiatives and hard working.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communications skills (oral and written).
- Some experiences in those firms engaged in capital market would be advantageous
