- Sales (IT Solutions) (30K-40K) (SDG-102561)
- เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายขาย (โซลูชั่นไอที)-
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Establish, develop, and Maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Collaborate with team members & other divisions to deliver results that meet or beyond the customer needs.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.- นำเสนอ ส่งเสริม และขายสินค้า/บริการโดยใช้ข้อโต้แย้งที่ชัดเจนต่อลูกค้าปัจจุบันและลูกค้าเป้าหมาย
- ดำเนินการวิเคราะห์ต้นทุน-สิทธิประโยชน์และความต้องการของลูกค้าปัจจุบัน/ผู้มีโอกาสเป็นลูกค้าเพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของพวกเขา
- สร้าง พัฒนา และรักษาความสัมพันธ์ทางธุรกิจเชิงบวกและลูกค้า
- ทำงานร่วมกับสมาชิกในทีมและแผนกอื่นๆ เพื่อส่งมอบผลลัพธ์ที่ตรงหรือเกินกว่าความต้องการของลูกค้า
- เจรจา/ปิดข้อตกลง และจัดการกับข้อร้องเรียนหรือข้อโต้แย้ง
- วิเคราะห์ศักยภาพของอาณาเขต/ตลาด ติดตามยอดขาย และรายงานสถานะ
- เร่งรัดการแก้ไขปัญหาและข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้าเพื่อให้เกิดความพึงพอใจสูงสุด
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 28 - 35 years old- Bachelor's degree
- 2-5 years experience in Sales in the IT field
- Experiences in S.I. Companies
- knowledge in products of S.I., Infrastructure, Network, system
- Experience own solution proposing and get awards from customer
- Good command of English, used for communicating with Japanese staff, and clients.- Experiences selling for manufacturing and corporates
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

- English level : Conversational
- Japanese level : None
- Workplace Area: BTS Phloen Chit
- Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday - Friday > Flexible Working Hours > Hybrid (WFH)(Some Sat. as stated in the Company’s calendar))
