**What we do**
FASTSHIP is a Thailand's top-notch cross border logistics platform aggregating over 15 top door to door delivery service providers including UPS, FedEx, Aramex, SF Express, USPS, PostNL and ThailandPost. Our strategy is to expand the business range to compete with a rapidly growing ecommerce business in SEA through innovative, technology-driven and a broad range of total solutions in logistics and supply chain.

- 25 unique logistics services offering
- 20 service points throughout Thailand
**What you will handle**:
- Work closely with the executive level to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Lead and develop a sales team to drive business in B2B sales, E-commerce sellers (Marketplace), and Consumer Sales. This role will be managing 3-4 direct subordinates in manager level.
- Optimize sales process and identify opportunities for improvement
- Understand industry-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction.
- Analyze customer persona, market trends, and competitors’ strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to the market.
- Represent the company at various networking and industry events.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the senior management team.
**What you have**:
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the logistics, technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of how to manage and grow sales channels in one or more of these the following categories: B2B, E-commerce sellers, and Consumer sales.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with people at all levels. Proficient level of English communication is required.
- Adept at negotiating and closing deals in a high-pressure environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and data orientation with a focus on market trends and sales data.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
