Join two boutique historical properties in the heart of Siem Reap, where luxury and heritage meet.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute sales strategies across key market segments**:USA, UK, Europe, Australia, and local Asian markets (Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand).**

Drive revenue and brand recognition for both properties.

Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team.

Collaborate on innovative campaigns to attract global and regional travellers.

Proven track record in luxury hospitality sales.

Strong network in international and local markets.

Creative thinker with exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Experience working in Southeast Asia is a plus.
