**We are looking for "Partner Development Executive (Music Team)" to develop music content and music channel in order to improve performance and fanbase for The Music Creators in our network.**:
**What You'll Do**:

- Develop music content and music channel in order to improve performance and fanbase.
- Analyse and optimize music content and keyword for platform discoverability.
- Manage and deal with bulk meta data of music asset (sound recording, composition, art-track, etc)
- Deal with overlaps and conflict rights in and out of social media platform in order to solve copyright issue.
- Coordinating with external and internal parties to achieve common goal.
- Manipulate financial report for both internal and external use.
- Doing day-to-day operation on content management between platforms.
- Provide monthly performance analysis assigned account to client in order to improve performance.
- Responsible for any ad hoc task relating direct and indirectly to your work scope.

**Who You Are**:

- Bachelor Degree
- Experience in using YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, other social platforms.
- Having analytical mindset and love entertainment content.
- Good TH/EN communication skill & Service minded
- Patience and problem solving
- Being observant
- Open minded and keep learning everyday
- Growth mindset
