**JOB DESCRIPTIONS** - Recruit and train new partners. - Support in interviewing and searching for new partners to help with home services. - Ensure the availability of materials and equipment. - Resolve customer/Partner problems and complaints - Interface with strategic partners directly, speak to their service operations, offer insights and analysis, source feedback, and manage expectations effectively. - Develop and maintain executive reports, dashboards, and resources that track key metrics for our partners and enable us to scale our efforts and team’s reach - Working Hour Mon - Fri 09.00 - 18.00 (Able to work on some Saturday)

**QUALIFICATIONS**: - Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. - Have skills in the field of recruitment and training 1-2 years. - Have management skills. - Male or Female, 24-35 years old, Thai Nationality only. - Good at speaking English. - Good personality, work well under pressure and strong communication skills. - Strong in-service mind background, multitasking skill and good attitude.
