Our client is a leading global information and communications technology (ICT) infrastructure and smart devices provider.

**General Description of Duties and Responsibilities**:

- ** General - Business compliance and internal control. **Identify, report, and proactively cope with risks (such as trade compliance and cyber security). Maintain the order of partners in the domain, or participate in key tasks on internal controls, such as partner risk control practical training to ensure compliance of the managed domain.
- **General - Partner capability building.** Based on the overall planning, develop improvement plans and assessment objectives for the partner.
- **Partner development - Planning. **Participate in developing the partner planning solution for the managed domain (industry/NA, region, or type) based on overall planning;
- **Partner development - Development (transaction management).** Develop partners of the managed domain. Formulate, maintain, improve, and execute the partner map. Support the market operations, and achieving target.
- **Partner operations - Partner policies and operations (including marketing). **Implement partner policies for the managed domain based on the business features. Or undertake joint partner marketing and partner operations.
- **Partner operation - Partner management. **Develop partner management plans, manage partner inventory data, and regularly output inventory, market, and competition analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field.
- Experience in Partner and Channel roles with an IT background.
- Have a good concept of the overall situation and the spirit of teamwork.
- Proficient in using data analysis tools.
- Proficiency in Chinese and English is a must.
- Technical or engineer background is preferred.
- Have Microsoft Excel skills and data analysis skills.
