- Sales Division Manager (Digital Printing) (65K-85K) (SDG-97227)
- ผู้จัดการฝ่ายขาย (การพิมพ์ดิจิตอล)-
- Set department goals and plans to be in accordance with the policy / strategic plan of the organization
- Join planning strategies meeting with executives to boost circulation.
- Plan to acquire new customers. Set guidelines for taking care of both old and new customers to have a good relationship and continue increasing orders.
- Manage and supervise the team to be able to perform according to the specified goals.
- To coordinate with customers and related organizations both domestically and internationally.
- Manage the number of products in the warehouse to have the right amount and in accordance with the established policy.
- Departmental expense control Including the cost of product testing for customers.
- Cooperate with other departments to create implementation plan to prevent and resolve complaints from customers and partners.
- Prepare reports to executives as assigned.

- Training and transfer work techniques to employees in order to work successfully according to the specified goals.
- Evaluate performance, set training plans, and promote knowledge and employee skills development to be able to perform duties efficiently.
- Supervise and advise good working discipline for the team.

- ร่วมประชุมวางแผนกลยุทธ์กับผู้บริหารเพื่อเพิ่มยอดขาย
- วางแผนการหาลูกค้าใหม่ กำหนดแนวทางการดูแลลูกค้าทั้งเก่าและใหม่ให้มีความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีและมียอดสั่งซื้อเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง
- บริหารและดูแลทีมงานให้สามารถปฏิบัติงานได้ตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนด
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับลูกค้าและองค์กรที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งในและต่างประเทศ
- บริหารจัดการจำนวนสินค้าในคลังสินค้าให้มีปริมาณที่เหมาะสมและเป็นไปตามนโยบายที่กำหนด
- การควบคุมค่าใช้จ่ายของแผนก รวมถึงค่าใช้จ่ายในการทดสอบผลิตภัณฑ์ให้กับลูกค้า
- ร่วมมือกับแผนกอื่น ๆ ในการจัดทำแผนการดำเนินงานเพื่อป้องกันและแก้ไขข้อร้องเรียนจากลูกค้าและคู่ค้า
- จัดทำรายงานเสนอผู้บริหารตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
>> งานบริหารและพัฒนาบุคลากร- วางแผนกำลังคน และกำหนดเป้าหมายการทำงานให้กับสมาชิกในทีม
- อบรมและถ่ายทอดเทคนิคการทำงานให้กับพนักงานเพื่อให้ทำงานสำเร็จตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนด
- ประเมินผลงาน กำหนดแผนการฝึกอบรมและส่งเสริมพัฒนาความรู้และทักษะพนักงานให้สามารถปฏิบัติหน้าที่ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ดูแลและแนะนำวินัยการทำงานที่ดีให้กับทีมงาน
- อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจาก report line
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 37 - 45 years old- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years up experience as Division Manager / Senior Manager/ Manager
- 2 year Up Sales team management
- Have experience in the printing industry, offset, or related.
- English communication (To communicate with customers 20-30%)
- Driving license with own car- Leadership and good human relations
