Division Manager Automotive Aftermarket, Indirect Sales, Indirect Channel
In this position you report to Managing Director of FUCHS Thailand.
**Your areas of responsibility**:
To accountable for sales and profit generation through providing high quality customer value and service for the Automotive Aftermarket business of FUCHS Thailand., you would:
- Recommend, and execute the sales strategy and go-to-market plan for the Automotive Aftermarket segments in defined territory of the FUCHS Thailand business.
- Develop and set annual business plans, forecasts and regular reports in-line with company planning and reporting process, including specific plans to address growth opportunities or short-fall gaps to ensure revenue and profit growth.
- Provide regular and timely sales reporting and market analysis to support both local and regional growth strategies - For this part there will be a close coordination line with the Regional Business Development Manager.
- Actively manage Distributor Partner and Key Account customers in the territory to optimize access to end user markets.
- Identify new business opportunities and initiatives which may improve the overall competitiveness and profitable growth of the business.
- Collaborate with Regional Marketing Manager and Local Marketing Manager to plan sales promotional activities, organize trade shows, exhibitions and expand the B2C eShop business.
- Perform in-market business development activities with major accounts/distributors: Product promotions, market activation support, negotiating sales price and discounts, new product launches, trade, and promotional events.
- Monitor and feedback product portfolio performance and competitor market pricing and activities. Work and coordinate with Regional PM network to support portfolio reviews.
- Utilizing available resources and capacities of the broader business, provide high quality technical support and services to customers in supporting a high-quality brand position and reputation in the market.
- Manage activities and performance of direct or in-direct sales team depending on prevailing sales strategy in the market.
- Control and manage sales expenses within budgeted guidelines and policies
- Networking within the FUCHS Group as well as outside the FUCHS Group to obtain the best possible local and group performance.
- Ensure to uphold FUCHS values and standards, whilst also adhering to all required compliance policy guidelines
***Qualifications we are looking for**:
- University degree with technical focus/background in chemical engineering, mechanical or industrial engineering is preferred.
- Experienced, at least 7 years experiences in key industry (chemical, lubricants, machine tools, automotive) coupled with good sales and marketing expertise at a global company.
- Experienced representative with background in lubricants or similar industries (B2B or B2C).
- Experience in the sale of demanding products which are not self-explanatory.
- Experience in Indirect Account Management.
- Entrepreneurial spirit.
- Presentation and negotiating abilities.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Thai language.
- Good skills in data processing (Microsoft 365).
- Self-driven and motivated, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit.
- Have own car and able to travel extensively within assigned territory.
