**Job Detail**:
- Job Responsibilities- Collaborate with the HRGA Administration to develop HRGA's strategic plan.
- Contribute to the development of strategies that will help to achieve the organizations’ mission and core objectives.
- Develop, implement and maintain human resources policies across the organization, including training programs to educate and promote awareness of regulatory compliance.
- Ensure that the company complies with and practice the ISO standards and defined policies and labor laws.
- Identify company’s staffing needs and develop policies and procedures to ensure that the required numbers and types of staff are recruited within the agreed budgets and meet operational requirements.
- Develop and maintain all necessary training policies and procedures to ensure that all staff are trained and developed to the standards required.
- Develop and maintain remuneration strategy and appropriate terms and conditions of employment to ensure that the company is able to attract, retain and motivate staff.
- Performance management
- deliver performance management programs that drive a high performance culture.

- พัฒนา นำไปใช้ และรักษานโยบายทรัพยากรบุคคลทั่วทั้งองค์กร รวมถึงโปรแกรมการฝึกอบรมเพื่อให้ความรู้และส่งเสริมความตระหนักรู้ในการปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบ
- ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าบริษัทปฏิบัติตามและปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐาน ISO และนโยบายที่กำหนดไว้และกฎหมายแรงงาน
- ระบุความต้องการด้านพนักงานของบริษัทและพัฒนานโยบายและขั้นตอนเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ามีการสรรหาพนักงานจำนวนและประเภทที่ต้องการภายในงบประมาณที่ตกลงกันไว้และตรงตามข้อกำหนดในการปฏิบัติงาน
- พัฒนาและรักษานโยบายและขั้นตอนการฝึกอบรมที่จำเป็นทั้งหมดเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าพนักงานทุกคนได้รับการฝึกอบรมและพัฒนาให้ได้มาตรฐานที่กำหนด
- พัฒนาและรักษากลยุทธ์การจ่ายค่าตอบแทนและเงื่อนไขการจ้างงานที่เหมาะสมเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าบริษัทสามารถดึงดูด รักษา และจูงใจพนักงานได้

Necessary Skill / Experience- Age 38-48 years
- Any gender
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Have working experience at last 10 years about HR in any manufacturing industry
- Have management experience at least 3 years as HR Assistant Manager from any manufacturing industry
- Have experience in all HR function Ex. HRM /HRD/ ER/ GA and union
- Have working experience about Labor law
- Have working experience in big company before (Company scale more than 1,000 employee)
- Conversational middle-high level of English
- Able to use MS Office
- Conversational high level of Japanese is preferable
Languages skills- English : Conversational
- Japanese : None
Workplace Area: Laem Chabang Industrial Estate
- Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Work Every other Saturday)
