**Strategic HR Planning**:

- Partner with group senior management to develop and implement HR strategies for the Southeast Asia region, aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to understand local labor laws, talent pool, compensation benchmarks, and best practices.
- Design and implement HR policies and procedures compliant with local regulations and aligned with company culture.
- Develop and implement performance management systems, talent development programs, and succession planning initiatives.

**Headcount Planning and Recruitment**:

- Determine workforce requirements based on the expansion plan and operational needs.
- Develop and manage the recruitment budget for Southeast Asia.
- Design and implement effective recruitment strategies targeting both local and expatriate talent, utilizing various channels and platforms.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

**HR Operations and Compliance**:

- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations in compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, including work permits and visas for expatriate employees.
- Develop and deliver HR training programs for employees and managers on various topics, including company culture, policies, and procedures.

**Cultural Integration**:

- Play a key role in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that bridges the company culture with local customs and practices.
- Develop and implement programs to facilitate cultural integration and knowledge sharing between headquarters and the Southeast Asia team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably with experience in Southeast Asia or other international markets.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, local labor laws, and cultural nuances in Southeast Asia.
- Excellent written and spoken Chinese and English communication skills. Fluency in one or more local Southeast Asian languages is a significant advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new environments.

Pay: ฿173,000.00 - ฿195,000.00 per month
