**Client company**:
Our client is a leading premier music-driven social entertainment platform from Malaysia that brings performers and audiences together in both the digital and physical world.
Now they are seeking a highly talented Sales & Marketing Director to drive business strategy and create new customer experience by bridging the metaverse to the real world.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Be responsibilities in managing all the platform business including P&L, generating income, and business operations.
- Formulate and execute strategic plans to achieve short and long-term business goals.
- Drive revenue growth through effective business development and sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, or vender ensuring transparency and trust.
- Seek and evaluate business opportunities.
- Collaborate with executive management to attract corporate or individual customers to use the software for their events.
- Acquire new B2B client for rental spaces/ booth activities or related.
- Collaborate with clients (offline event), internal stakeholders, and vendors to ensure adherence to event plans.
- Resolving all project issues and deviations to ensure that projects are executed as planned.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in management level from Media, Entertainment, Event Organizer, Production House, or startup company.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset who can quickly iterate and adapt strategy and tactics.
- Enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.
