Our client is an international specialty food ingredients company with a strong market presence globally. They are now looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join their team in Bangkok, Thailand.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Prepare a Business Plan to elaborate a commercial strategy on the given territories.
- Develop a Yearly Sales Budget for each year with a projection at 3 to 5 years.
- Reach your sales objectives and margin objectives.
- Prepare quarterly reports in regards to key facts & data to keep Argeville’s top management posted on your team performances, successes as well as challenges you are facing.
- Negotiate prices with distributors and key accounts, following Argeville’s pricing policy
- In charge of developing “perfume briefs” with market trends and consumer insights, to bring necessary information & feedback to prepare presentation to clients for new projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential distributors and direct clients. Regular visits to and markets will be compulsory.
- Develop a strong company culture with your team.

**SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in economics or business
- 8 years of B2B sales experience with proven tracks record in the APAC region
- Experience in managing Agents/distributors/dealers across Southeast Asia
- Dynamic, with sharp business acumen and capability of new business development
- Charismatic, team-builder, resilient, go-getter
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written

**Salary**: ฿135,000.00 - ฿165,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- B2B sales: 8 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
